Best for: Repeat buyers or those with higher incomes who don't qualify for Pima Tucson Lighthouse.

Eligibility Requirements

Most Tucson-area buyers who meet these criteria can qualify for assistance.

Credit Score

Minimum credit score of 640 for most programs. Some nationwide options accept 600+.

Income Limits

Income must fall within Pima County limits based on household size and program.

Property Type

Single-family homes, townhomes, and condos are eligible. Must be primary residence.

Homebuyer Education

HUD-approved homebuyer education course required (available online).
